Regrets. This is the word that keeps on bothering me and has caused me anxiety and depression. I have so many regrets because of the mistakes I've done and the bad decisions I have made. I'm totally a mess. Also, I think I'm already suffering from acute insomnia. I wanted to move on and forget about the past but to no avail.
Lord, please renew my mind and help me to focus on You at all times. Give me peace of mind and joyful heart. In Jesus name. Amen
